SPC 바닥재 생산 라인 SPC 바닥재는 Stone Plastic Composites의 약자로 Rigid Vinyl Plank라고도 하며 첨단 기술을 바탕으로 개발된 새로운 유형의 환경 보호 바닥재입니다. 주원료는 염화비닐수지와 칼슘분말이다. SPC Floor Big Board는 T-die와 결합된 압출기를 통해 압출됩니다. 4롤 또는 5롤 캘린더를 사용하여 내마모성 PVC층, PVC 컬러 필름 및 SPC 코어를 적층하고 동시 가열로 엠보싱 처리합니다. 냉각 후 SPC 바닥 빅보드로 절단됩니다. SPC 바닥 생산 라인에는 접착제가 사용되지 않습니다.장비 세부사항 목록
